Of course the only downside of renewing my contract is that I’m tied with SmartBro for two years. Well, the services was good enough for my work these past few months. And the only internet available around my area are Globe Wireless Broadband and SmartBro Plan 999. I really wish for a physical line of DSL, but I think it’ll take a year or so for the phone companies to penetrate our subdivision.
Btw, almost the same promo is given to Globe Bro subscribers. Business competition is really good for the consumers.

I was going to pick the smartbro plug-it pero value lang nun ngayon eh 995 na lang ata.. even nun launch period ata eh nasa 2k in value lang.
The only 4k in value is the HP Deskjet F4280 3-in-1 printer and the monthly rebates, I dunno about the Smart Plug`n`Talk but what the hell. I can do that using skype.
The cellphone looks tempting but the only function it have is call and sms.

Well, I could have added guide to my post. All you have to do is go to smart wireless center and avail one of the freebies, the payment is getting tied to their 2 year contract. That means you can’t terminate your subscription in 2-years.

I forgot to ask that I still have an existing contract with smartbro. We still have 6 months to cover the 24 months contract we had before. Will I not be able to avail that one? I’m afraid that our request will not be approved. How long it took before they call you that the printer is ready to pick-up.? Thanks anyway.

Try verifying that to these numbers:
When we availed, the printer was given after we sign some papers. The process took us only less than 2 hours, however it’s the freaking line that take your time. A lot of people didn’t know that they can pay their smart bills to SM Customer Service areas or BayadCenter.

Depende sa promo nila, the freebie that I chose was the HP F4200 printer. That time pwede cellphone or a big discount cutoff sa bill mo (magiging 700+ na lang ata monthly instead of 999.)

As far as I know you can get freebies every 2 years. If bagong apply pa lang and natapos ang 1 year you can avail for the 2-year tie-bond contract to avail for the freebies. Go to your nearest wireless center for the available freebies, depende kasi kung may stock pa

To apply to SmartBro Freebies, you must be a year subscriber to Smarbro. If you are already using Smartbro for 1 year, go to your nearest Smart Wireless Center and apply for the freebies.
I have also heard that new applicants can avail, but you will be tied to a two year contract.
Two choices sa mga priviledge na ito, either get freebies or lower monthly bills. Yun 999 magiging mga arond 700+ ata.

Not yet and not so sure, dapat mag end muna ata ang 2 years contract ng smartbro. Actually that’s the catch, you get the freebies only if you agreed to be tied up sa two years contract nila.

As discussed by my fellow commentators, you should go to your nearest Smart Wireless Center to avail for 2 years retention contract program. Current promo is so juicy I think you can have a smartbro thumbdrive, a printer and a Smart Gold Subscription free for 6 months.

hi1 i’m so freaked out these days because of these freebies that smartbro is offering. last july 1 somebody from smartbro day with her ID came to our house and then told me about it she said there can only be two options, rebate or phone kit, so i chose phone then she said the phone will be given day after. sadly until now wala pa.. grabe.. is there a possibility na they keep the phone for themselves?
Go to the nearest Smartbro Wireless Center for confirmation, these freebies are actually applied from their offices. If your a new applicant, I think their agents will inform you but the actual pickup will be at their Smartbro Wireless Center office.
i’m sure that’s the proper procedure that’s why i was wondering why they would tell me to wait for the go signal so i can get the item at the smartbro office. i’ll find time later this afternoon i hope this promo still runs. they would even stop me from coming to the office prior to their notice or go signal they said i should wait for them to call me. isnt that stupid? grrrrrrh! thanks by the way..

i forgot to inform you that i got the phone. i went to their office that afternoon and you know what? when i talked to their service representative asking about the said promo or something she asked for my name and she found out that i already got the freebies based from their records 4 days ago so i was surprise! then she went inside their office room for 2 minutes i think and then she went back to me telling and asking me to go to the table somewhere in corner of their office then there was this guy asked me to sit down with that phone kit on his hand then he let me signed and gave the phone to me without any explanation why it took that long before they gave the freebies.

That’s good to hear, but your story is alarming and others’ should be notified. It seems that person really did got your phone and took it for himself/herself. Smart Wireless Centers should not give the freebies through their agents or whatever. The idea of pickup is secure enough, masisira name ng Smart if may ganito klaseng employees sila.

For the monthly discount, I’m not sure how much but roughly from your usual 999 will be 700 something.

I’m from Cavite and nakakuha ako. The best thing to do is go directly to your nearest Smart Wireless Center to ask or call from a smart/talk`n text using *1888.
Yan ang hindi ko pa verified, kung ang warranty na hanap mo eh kung sira ang freebies, then make sure na gumagana ito bago i-fully accept.
