It’s been hours now that Aweber.com is down, I was playing around with a custom aweber form when I found out from WarriorForum regarding the issue.

I found out that it is not just Aweber that is down today but also GetResponse.com.

Others believed that it has something to do w/ Aweber’s data center, and Peter Antonio, a warrior forum member confirmed:

“I called HostGator about 1 Hour ago and they verified Aweber is down. There are going to be many upset customers including me. Hopefully no data will be lost.”

A warrior forum member verified for GetResponse.com :

“We apologize for any inconvenience. Our data center is experiencing downtime. They’re scrambling to fix the problem. We’ll be back shortly.

I just hope this won’t last more than 24 hours, a lot of people using Aweber and GetResponse’s service will be very, very mad. I’m sure August 13, 2010 will be a date that most web developers, online marketers, SEO specialist, or webmasters that will not be forgotten.
